Frequently Asked Questions
Products 'Shipping' Policy
I DO NOT SHIP WORLDWIDE !
Hard copies ( floppy disk or CDR ) of my registered shareware programs are available only
within the United States.  All product registrations outside the USA are transmitted electronically
by email only!
'PayPal' Payments
Save time and quickly receive a registered copy of one of my programs by email by paying with 'PayPal'.  The 'PayPal.com' website is Secure and the
'PayPal Invoicing System'
does NOT require you to have a PayPal account to use it.
Windows 95/98/Me Compatibility
My shareware programs have not been tested to run in Windows 95 or Windows Me.
I have performed limited testing on them in Windows 98 only. They generally run fine,
but some features may not function correctly.  The minimum required screen resolution for
most of these programs is '1024 by 768' pixels.  Some of the older printers do not have enough
memory to print the screens.
Windows Vista/Windows7 and UAC (User Account Control)
'Run-time error '70': Permission denied' while running the CoWeekly or SCH(edule) program
This error occurs in 'Windows Vista and Windows 7' when running the Help program and clicking on one
of the SHADED 'Arrows', 'Home', or 'End' labels in the upper right-corner of the screen.
You could turn-off Windows 'UAC' (not recommended) or don't try to navigate the help screen with these labels.
A better solution is to simply use the 'Tab' or 'Shift + Tab' keystrokes to select a topic.
This should work with all versions of Windows...
Display Problem: You Can't See the Entire Screen
The minimum required screen resolution for most of these programs is '1024 by 768' pixels.
At this resolution, make sure the 'DPI' Dispaly setting is set to 'Normal' (96 Dots Per Inch).
( Right-Click on the Screen / Select 'Properties' / Select 'Settings' / Select 'Advanced' ).
Why Do I have to MANUALLY set my Printer to 'Landscape' mode ?
Sorry, the development software that I use to write programs does not set the printer
Orientation correctly.  Since it doesn't work most of the time, I chose to exclude this option.
You can also use a utility program, such as 'Hardcopy' to print the program window.
The 'Hardcopy' program has many options, including an option to automatically print in landscape if the output is wider than it is tall.  Below is a link to the author's website:

Do You Have a Program 'Question' or 'Suggestion', or a Program 'Bug' to Report ?
Comments and questions are always welcomed!  Reporting program deficiencies and requesting new program features will both help me correct and improve my programs.
